PR adds a button that links to the termine.tresmagi.org booking interface. CSS for the button is in custom.css (TODO: Clean that up with comments, maybe). It also changes the homepage text accordingly.

Change text on landing page to include booking form b985491822

Add shortcode for button, button on homepage, css for button. Not yet happy with look, will change later a568d28def
